Key Responsibilities

•Manage an assigned group of commercial, industrial, and real estate loans in the Business Credit Center portfolio and provide direct account ownership.
•Maintain credit and collateral monitoring procedures and detect/escalate issues affecting portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
•Perform periodic reviews of customer credit profile and loan performance, including covenant compliance and documentation to support risk rating recommendations.
•Minimize portfolio delinquency by resolving loan payment discrepancies and coordinating on potential charge-offs with the Commercial Loan Workout Team.
•Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, manage loan modifications and end-of-term maturities, and identify cross-sell opportunities with Relationship Managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
•Minimum 7-10 years of related banking experience with commercial credit experience (formal credit training program preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to manage a team through subject matter expertise, trust-building, and motivating performance.
•Strong credit skills to identify key risks, document mitigating support, and make credit recommendations.
•Familiarity with commercial & industrial and investment real estate markets and transaction structures.
