Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute test plans across products, APIs, SDKs, model-powered features, and data platforms to ensure robustness and performance.
  • •Design and maintain automated test suites and frameworks (functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, API, browser, and service-level) for batch and streaming workflows.
  • •Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into test strategies, repeatable test cases, and enforceable release gates.
  • •Build and maintain adversarial, customer-focused test datasets, fixtures, test environments, and validate data ingestion, processing, annotation, and quality-control workflows.
  • •Integrate tests and quality checks into CI/CD, perform staging/production validation and load/reliability testing, and produce precise, actionable bug reports.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of professional software or QA engineering experience shipping test infrastructure or evaluation systems.
  • •Backend/scripting experience in a language such as Python, Rust, Go, or similar.
  • •Experience designing and building automated test pipelines, evaluation frameworks, or data-processing systems.
  • •Strong analytical skills for reasoning about metrics, thresholds, and statistical variation to distinguish real regressions from noise.
