Job Summary

Own in-country depot responsibilities to ensure fleet safety and readiness for the P&W F100 engine by coordinating with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot, suppliers, and the F100 Program Office. Monitor and report fleet management program metrics, build fleet readiness plans, and drive continuous improvement using ACE principles to reduce cost and support customer satisfaction. Forecast maintenance and parts needs, provide support for new business proposals, and coordinate export compliance with International Trade Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot, in-country suppliers, and the P&W F100 Program Office to manage fleet management program requirements.
•Monitor, trend, and report status of key fleet management metrics for the F100-229 program.
•Support customer maintenance and component replacement/repair needs by forecasting requirements and helping customers budget/order to maintain fleet readiness.
•Develop and maintain fleet readiness plans, ensure critical issues are communicated and elevated, and drive timely action through appropriate channels.
•Assist with new business opportunity proposal activity and coordinate export compliance with International Trade Compliance for licenses/agreements within the region.

Key Requirements

•BS or BA degree.
•8+ years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience.
•US citizenship required due to government contracts.
•Strong data analysis skills to develop plans/solutions and present them clearly to associated organizations.
•Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and written/verbal communication skills.
