Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design and implement risk management processes tailored to client needs and aligned with best practice.
  • •Facilitate risk workshops with subject matter experts and maintain risk registers and other risk information.
  • •Challenge risk information to ensure robust data and drive mitigation actions across projects and programmes.
  • •Support quantitative risk assessment (QRA) for cost and schedule impacts and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • •Produce timely risk reporting using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI, and be familiar with ARM, Xactium, Predict, Tableau.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Risk Management experience across one or more sectors over the whole project lifecycle; nuclear experience desirable but not essential.
  • •Ability to adjust risk strategies and processes in response to change; excellent communication skills to convey complex risk information to stakeholders.
  • •Familiarity with risk management systems such as Safran, @risk, PRA.
  • •Willingness to obtain BPSS level security clearance and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., IRM, APM).
  • •Knowledge of risk standards or approaches (ISO 31000, APM, Orange Book, IPA) or related qualifications (APM Risk Certificate Level 2 or MoR)
