Design Director, Running Footwear (m/f/d)

Develop and direct creative solutions for adidas Running concepts and categories, creating a relevant and desirable brand image from sell-in to sellout. Lead and manage the internal creative team, set priorities, and execute creative strategies to drive end-to-end excellence within budget and timelines. Partner across Product Design and cross-functional teams to ensure holistic storytelling, consumer- and brand-focused outcomes, and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
