Key Responsibilities

  • •Define technical content for bids and proposals for Training Aids.
  • •Collect and analyze customer technical and general requirements; define technical project scope.
  • •Define the technical WBS, including work packages description and potential contributors.
  • •Estimate effort in the TASTS perimeter, define resources, and monitor/control engineering deliverables across the project life cycle.
  • •Organize maturity reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, SS-CDR, IRR) and coordinate end-to-end acceptance test manuals and qualification/ready-for-training activities; report status to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
