•Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Ops team, handling requests and troubleshooting issues.
•Triage and manage People Systems requests via Jira, ensuring tickets are prioritized, tracked, and resolved with clear stakeholder communication.
•Build, maintain, and enhance UKG Pro reports and dashboards to support HR, Finance, and business leaders.
•Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules, including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling.
•Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards; partner with People Ops to identify recurring root causes.
