Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete and submit security questionnaires as the primary responder for customer due diligence requests using established response frameworks and internal documentation.
  • •Research and validate responses for client-specific questions outside standard frameworks, sourcing evidence and coordinating with security/compliance teams before submission.
  • •Maintain consistency and quality by ensuring responses use current approved language and align with the customer’s broader security posture, flagging gaps or outdated documentation.
  • •Collaborate with internal compliance and security teams to verify information and ensure consistency across submissions.
  • •Process specialized third-party/vendor security questionnaires, mapping responses accurately against control domains and risk tiers in Excel matrices and cloud portals.
