Forward Deployed Engineer

Work directly with customers to ensure successful Teleport deployments by addressing deployment blockers, removing roadblocks, and supporting complex troubleshooting. You’ll write and fix Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Helm charts), develop workarounds, and implement small features or bug fixes in Go. For larger issues, you’ll gather requirements and build the business case with product and engineering to drive solutions. Most of your code will be open source.
