Job Summary

Provide tier 3/4 sustainment support for GEOINT mission applications in an Open Architecture environment across Linux and Windows systems at Langley AFB. Deliver 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident/logistics reporting for mission operations supporting Full Motion Video, U-2, and Global Hawk. Support integration with customers and OEMs, and administer GEOINT workflows, applications, and virtualized/cloud infrastructure while working with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide tier 3/4 mission support for existing and new GEOINT mission applications hosted on Linux and Windows.
•Deliver 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution for system issues affecting mission operations.
•Monitor sensor and ground health/status using dedicated ground control systems and quickly resolve issues.
•Participate in integration activities with customers, Raytheon in-plant engineering, and OEMs when new capabilities are fielded.
•Work on an AF DCGS enterprise team to understand customer requirements and support mission operations across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

•Active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance required prior to start date.
•Current DoD 8570 certification (Security+ or higher).
•8 years of computer system administration experience, including some DCGS experience.
•Typically requires a STEM degree with minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Technical expertise to support evolving virtualized/cloud technologies in an Open Architecture environment.
