Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide tier 3/4 mission support for existing and new GEOINT mission applications hosted on Linux and Windows.
  • •Deliver 24x7 monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution for system issues affecting mission operations.
  • •Monitor sensor and ground health/status using dedicated ground control systems and quickly resolve issues.
  • •Participate in integration activities with customers, Raytheon in-plant engineering, and OEMs when new capabilities are fielded.
  • •Work on an AF DCGS enterprise team to understand customer requirements and support mission operations across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • •Active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance required prior to start date.
  • •Current DoD 8570 certification (Security+ or higher).
  • •8 years of computer system administration experience, including some DCGS experience.
  • •Typically requires a STEM degree with minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
  • •Technical expertise to support evolving virtualized/cloud technologies in an Open Architecture environment.
