Assist construction crews with asphalt preparation, grading, and paving. Operate equipment such as asphalt/concrete saws and power tools to remove asphalt and debris, perform traffic control with signs/cones/barriers, and help with underground adjustments like manholes and catch basins. Measure and stake grade/pave areas, load/unload and maintain tools and equipment, and support safe, on-time project work in an outdoor, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist construction crews with preparing, grading, and paving asphalt.
•Operate asphalt saw, concrete saw, and other power tools to remove asphalt and debris.
•Perform traffic control, including flagging and setting up signs, cones, and barriers.
•Operate water truck, oil distributors, and other equipment as instructed.
•Measure/mark/paint/stake grade and pave areas and perform underground adjustments (manholes, catch basins).
