Mortgage Final Document Specialist

Review and inspect all final loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with investor/guarantor requirements. Track delivery of final documents, perform data entry into a tracking system, and manage exception resolution with title agents, recording offices, lenders, and borrowers. Conduct quality control checks for shipment transmittals and ensure documents are prepared for execution and sent to the correct destination.
