Hands-on 2nd line IT engineer responsible for day-to-day IT environment across two London offices, SaaS applications, hardware support, and automation in a fast-moving SaaS-based environment within Fuse Energy.

Key Responsibilities

•You will manage the applications, workspaces and hardware that our team relies on every day and will work closely with the wider IT and engineering teams to operate, automate, and grow our IT environment.
•Work across our London-based offices, external sites and our growing cloud presence
•Administer SaaS applications including but not limited to, Google Workspace, Iru, Revolut people, Linear
•Use AI tooling to automate manual IT related tasks.
•Own all office hardware problems: laptops, meeting room AV and printers
•Provide 2nd line it support and assist in onboarding/offboarding staff

•Proven 2nd line IT experience
