Key Responsibilities

  • •Set goals and define success by establishing metrics and ambitious targets and ensuring progress is consistently measured.
  • •Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints, develop a point of view, and decide where to invest or deprioritize to hit objectives.
  • •Translate the roadmap into executable initiatives with clear priorities, owners, success metrics, and resource requirements.
  • •Design the processes, tools, and decision-making cadences that help teams identify performance gaps and stay accountable to results.
  • •Help build the Growth Strategy team by creating, developing, and managing a high-performing group as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience with a mix of strategy work (e.g., management consulting, finance, business operations) and direct startup experience.
  • •Ability to take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into underlying drivers, and design a practical path forward.
  • •Strong analytical skills using imperfect data to identify performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and measure whether strategy is working.
  • •Experience moving between high-level direction and getting into the operational details required to make initiatives work.
  • •Cross-functional leadership skills to create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams.
