Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment, transformation strategy, and execution plan for improving rigor and operational excellence in key supply chain functions across planning, execution, and procurement.
  • •Coach and develop team members, leaders, and staff using operational excellence principles and lean tools/methodologies.
  • •Drive lean process and behavior changes, including development of a balanced scorecard for applicable programs.
  • •Implement KPIs and process rigor to drive continuous improvements throughout the transformation.
  • •Provide executive communication updates on transformation status, escalations, and support needs; support financial analysis and capex justification to project and track savings.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Lean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles, with a proven track record of changing culture and delivering results (20+ process or program improvements).
  • •Facilitated and deep-dived supply chain process work and driven transformations.
  • •5+ years program or project management experience.
  • •5+ years Process Excellence (or equivalent) experience.
  • •Ability to travel 75%.
