Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead oversight of content and deal tracking processes, including title-level rights tracking, deal qualification, and quality control of key rights data.
  • •Oversee first-run feature and release-date-dependent rights workflows, ensuring accurate setup, timely updates, and coordination with internal stakeholders and master data teams.
  • •Manage title eligibility and deal qualification analysis across volume and single-title deals, including interpreting requirements, identifying exceptions, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
  • •Oversee 3rd-party and format deal workflows to ensure accurate execution aligned with deal terms and reporting requirements.
  • •Lead, develop, and manage the team, drive process improvement, and provide clear updates on initiatives, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution to senior leaders.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in television distribution, media operations, content planning, sales planning, deal management, or a related media business function.
  • •People management experience to lead, develop, prioritize, and hold teams accountable in a high-volume environment.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret deal terms, evaluate title eligibility, assess business impact, and make operational decisions.
