Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians for predictive and preventative maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production and develop maintenance systems (prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety).
  • •Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, problem analysis, and support for equipment failures.
  • •Develop and maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure maintenance complies with USDA regulations; maintain maintenance work records and inventory. Assume responsibility in the absence of key personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process/project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; may require long hours and weekends.
