Job Summary

Serve as a finance business partner for the Finland and Baltic markets, advising management and cross-functional partners on strategy and market initiatives. Own P&L management, results analysis, and identify risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations. Lead forecasting and budgeting across markets, customers, and products, evaluate customer business agreements, and drive controllership excellence and ad-hoc strategic projects spanning pricing and segment P&L.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary finance contact for the Finland and Baltic markets, partnering with management, account managers, marketing, services, and the Regional Finance team.
•Lead P&L management and results analysis to support business performance and recommend actions based on risks and opportunities.
•Drive Forecast and Budget processes across markets, customer, and product dimensions.
•Align local investments and fund usage with fund scope, customer needs, and country strategy.
•Evaluate financial impact of Customer Business Agreements (CBAs) and lead ad-hoc strategic projects related to pricing, product, and segment P&L, including assessments of partnerships, non-traditional deals, and M&A opportunities.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Finance or a related field.
•Strong professional experience with relevant qualifications in business and/or finance.
•Broad expertise across multiple finance disciplines.
•Solid understanding of Mastercard’s business or the broader payments industry, including market dynamics and competition.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and provide coaching.
