Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle low to moderate complexity property insurance claims within defined guidelines. Confirm coverage, identify liability exposure, manage assigned caseload in a telephone-focused desk environment, and maintain thorough claim documentation. Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve claims, recognize coverage concerns (including potential SIU referrals), and use estimating and virtual inspection tools such as Xactimate to prepare estimates and write accurate reports. Support CAT response as needed.
