Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a geographical territory and execute the full sales strategy from market analysis and forecasting through pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
  • •Respond to inbound leads and requests and manage customer engagement using CRM systems.
  • •Develop new business and grow accounts by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on EquipmentShare solutions.
  • •Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and communicate new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business.
  • •Promptly resolve customer inquiries and conduct sales presentations; manage and support job site activities with remote and on-site involvement, including assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed.

Key Requirements
