Own schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and project reporting to support opening commitments while maintaining strong document control and integrated project delivery with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the effective delivery of property development construction projects across enabling works, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures, and buildings.
•Oversee qualification, procurement, selection, contracting, and performance of contractors, vendors, and designers, ensuring required documentation and procedures are followed.
•Coordinate construction and design development activities, partnering with design, operational, facilities, and construction teams to support constructability and operational readiness.
•Lead construction sequencing, phasing, and schedule coordination while managing project reporting, on-site quality reporting, and document control.
•Maintain overall budget and schedule alignment, ensure safety and EHS compliance, and proactively identify and resolve construction and operational risks to protect opening readiness.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•Relevant construction and project management experience, preferably with turnkey projects in large infrastructure.
•Significant knowledge and experience across infrastructure, engineering, and construction, including construction management procedures.
•Preferred experience with UK construction contracting methodologies, including NEC contracts and collaborative delivery models.
•Experience managing fast-track construction programs with aggressive schedules and multiple concurrent workstreams; must also demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
