Customer Service Representative

Serve as the face of the sales center by greeting walk-in and phone customers, understanding their needs, and recommending product solutions to help them grow their landscape businesses. Prepare sales orders, assist with selecting and loading merchandise, and make follow-up calls to generate additional opportunities. Resolve complaints professionally, maintain a clean and stocked showroom, and support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
