Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification for the Personal Banker I role.
  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff, while following policies and procedures and supporting risk management and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
