Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience and 3+ years delivering complex, business-critical production systems.
  • •Experience working on large-scale products and owning significant systems end-to-end, including on-call for critical incidents.
  • •Strong technical leadership: mentoring 2+ engineers, establishing patterns adopted by the team, and leading designs implemented by teams of 3+ engineers.
  • •Proficiency with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes), plus CI/CD and observability (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting).
