Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key, day-to-day client interface to ensure client objectives are met through cost management on data center projects.
  • •Develop and present cost plans and estimates, including updates through design milestones and appropriate changes in the construction lifecycle.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders, reconcile changes, and support contractors with accurate data and submissions.
  • •Conduct cost checks and valuations, manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes, and ensure robust validation and auditing.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and support funding data presentations, value engineering sessions, and timely final account negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards certification is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects.
