Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer satisfaction by providing advice and collecting customer feedback.
  • •Ensure stock availability through efficient replenishment, inventory tracking, and scheduled inventory counts.
  • •Follow operational and compliance routines, including managing turnover vs. targets and retail key figures.
  • •Maintain store standards: product presentation per visual merchandising specifications, assortment maintenance, and keeping the sales floor stocked.
  • •Handle day-to-day store operations including cleaning, warehousing and stocking goods, cash register operations, and supporting beauty classes and departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Comparable experience or strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.
  • •First experience in retail and advising customers.
  • •Excellent communication skills with customers and a good knowledge of beauty industry trends.
  • •Fluency in English or native language of the country.
