Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

Provide independent day-to-day and strategic legal guidance to internal business teams on everyday legal matters. Review and clarify facts, develop and evaluate legal solution options, and support projects and business events across departments. Lead contract creation, review, and negotiation in German and English, including supplier/customer, cooperation and service, logistics agreements, and NDAs. Support corporate governance and risk management through identification, evaluation, and risk-minimizing measures.
