Key Responsibilities

•Own the modular data center BOM as the single source of truth for every part, quantity, and revision across multiple engineering scopes.
•Drive engineering changes through the BOM so revisions land in purchasing and manufacturing in days, preventing stale quantities or orphaned parts.
•Reconcile engineering BOMs against vendor quotes, purchase orders, and received material, chasing discrepancies to root cause.
•Flag long-lead and single-source items to supply chain as soon as they enter the BOM to protect build schedules.
•Build and maintain part numbering, revision control, and change discipline from prototype through fleet production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 186,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Personally own and maintain a multi-thousand-line BOM through heavy engineering change while keeping it accurate as designs evolve.
•Run formal change control (ECOs, ECNs, redline to release) and close the loop with no unreleased revisions.
•Reconcile engineering BOMs against purchase orders and received material, tracing every mismatch to an explanation.
•Translate between design engineers and buyers by turning drawings into orderable part numbers with trusted data on both sides.
•Administer the system holding the BOM (PLM, ERP, or disciplined spreadsheets at scale) without allowing revisions to fork.
