Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with Footprint goals, including long-term planning, budgeting, target setting, and coordination with business and regional finance teams.
•Partner on strategic decision-making and resource allocation, including risk assessment and action plan development.
•Conduct regular financial analysis to evaluate Footprint initiative performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.
•Oversee Global Footprint cost management and productivity outcomes, focusing on financial results, productivity initiatives, and savings.
•Drive automation and implement methodologies and tools for cost analysis and performance measurement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
•Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
