Job Summary

Engineer a broad range of underground high‑voltage transmission projects, from concept through construction, including design, cost estimates, and bid packages. Work across multiple sites in the US with a focus on safety, QA/QC, and strong client communication while leveraging MicroStation, AutoCAD and power engineering tools in a collaborative Transmission Line Engineering team.

Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Develop engineering work plans, budgets, and proposals for underground transmission projects
•Perform conceptual design and feasibility studies for transmission line projects
•Prepare construction cost estimates and cable system design documents
•Produce detailed design drawings and construction specifications; support projects during construction
•Coordinate with internal team members and clients, and participate in industry events as required

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or closely related discipline)
•5 to 7 years of post-education experience as an electrical engineer on large capital projects
•Engineer in Training Certification
•Experience in underground high voltage transmission line engineering (route design, geotechnical requirements, cable calculations, design, bid packages, and construction support)
•Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication; experience with Microsoft Office, CYMCAP, and Pull Planner
