Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Internal Committee in sexual harassment inquiries by managing case intakes, coordinating hearings, recording minutes, and drafting impartial investigation summaries and action plan recommendations.
  • •Serve as the operational point of contact for POSH compliance by managing annual statutory filings, updating workplace harassment policies, coordinating awareness sessions, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • •Manage ethics case management by ensuring timely handling of reported cases and improving tools/processes to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • •Work with Corporate Investigations, HR, Business, and Legal teams to drive case process and timely conclusions.
  • •Contribute to ethics training and awareness, including content development, delivery/tracking, and participation in effectiveness assessments and integrity surveys.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred: Lawyer or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Law, Social Work, or a related field, with strong foundational understanding of the POSH Act, 2013 and workplace policy frameworks.
  • •At least 3 years of relevant experience conducting and supporting formal workplace investigations related to sexual harassment and Code of Conduct violations.
  • •Strong commitment to integrity and professionalism, with passion for excellence.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to interface with cross-functional teams and front-line associates.
  • •Ability to manage POSH cases with empathy and confidentiality while producing legally sound, impartial investigation summaries and recommendations.
