Provide exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers in the green industry. Assist customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering; manage customer relationships and help grow sales. Prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery, support merchandising and inventory tasks, and partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working while maintaining a safe working environment.
