Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage propulsion engines and mechanical casting commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production (NPI to full production) strategies across Anduril’s lines.
  • •Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and commodity strategy, demonstrating ownership, proactivity, technical excellence, creativity, self-direction, and courage.
  • •Vet suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, facilities, and workforce for inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
  • •Support Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) in ensuring part quality criteria are understood and adhered to by suppliers.
  • •Own bringing up new production tooling and lines, development at supplier sites to ensure materials, processes and tools meet product performance, quality and demand requirements.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
  • •6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience with propulsion engines, mechanical casting manufacturing or energetics CAD, GD&T.
  • •Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to onsite Costa Mesa, CA if not local.
