Key Responsibilities

  • •Instruct students in practical and simulator training while adhering to applicable Training and Safety Standards and CAE Global Academy (CGA) Quality standards and directives.
  • •Monitor, plan, and assist students to enable satisfactory course progress and timely reporting to prevent delays.
  • •Promote safe behavior and ensure students understand and practice Safety Management System requirements.
  • •Complete timely and accurate student and flight administration and records, including planning for examinations.
  • •Monitor technical/internal aircraft status and cleanliness and report discrepancies; attend instructor development meetings, in-service training, and events as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •No aircraft accident or aviation violation convictions.
  • •Current Commercial Pilot License.
  • •Flight Instructor Qualification is an advantage.
  • •Ability to work well in a highly structured environment and stay within established timelines.
  • •Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
