Key Responsibilities

•Manage planning and execution of repair industrialization projects from supplier selection and award to first article qualification.
•Coordinate communication and alignment of technical requirements between Repair Suppliers, PW Aftermarket Sustainment Engineering and Repair Source Approval teams.
•Cross-functionally coordinate repair qualification process technical data, material deviation and tool equivalency corrective action requests.
•Lead, track and improve supplier repair development and launch readiness for Source Demonstrated repairs.
•Support the establishment of a capable repair industrial base by developing and maturing qualified suppliers to forecasted repair requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of work experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years) and experience with tier-one or tier-two suppliers
•2+ years in project management, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain management
•Must be a U.S. Citizen; access to certain systems/tools requires US citizenship
•Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills; ability to work independently and in teams with high motivation
•Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit suppliers and depot operations
