Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the day-to-day relationship with signed services partners in Australia as the single point of contact for enablement, solutioning, and GTM execution.
  • •Drive partner onboarding across sales training, technical enablement, security/provisioning, and support operations.
  • •Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell OpenAI solutions through shared project plans, milestone tracking, and joint QBRs.
  • •Orchestrate co-developed solutions by defining use cases, creating demo assets, and localizing technical documentation.
  • •Monitor partner performance, flag risks early, coordinate cross-functional alignment, and ensure compliance with partnership agreements and reporting cadences.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in alliances, partner success, or sales in enterprise software or systems integration environments.
  • •Deep experience in partner onboarding and activation, ideally across hyperscale cloud, enterprise SaaS, boutique consulting, or large regional SIs.
  • •Strong program management skills to track multiple workstreams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable.
  • •Familiarity with the Australian enterprise ecosystem and experience managing relationships across local and global partner teams.
  • •Native-level fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence without authority.
