Key Responsibilities

  • •Build new products and features across the full software stack, delivering agent-driven user journeys to production while owning implementation quality from architecture to release.
  • •Design and build features driven by frontier models, using prompting, context, tools, and model reasoning to generate visual and audio experiences.
  • •Apply software engineering and system design principles to deliver solutions that are observable, maintainable, scalable, and production ready.
  • •Validate solutions against functional requirements using evals and tracing, with quality measured and monitored through metrics in CI and production.
  • •Lead and mentor a core team of engineers, providing technical leadership and subject-matter expertise on multimodal AI.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional programming experience in backend and application environments.
  • •2+ years of experience directly managing engineers.
  • •Expert-level proficiency in Python or Typescript/Javascript; strong knowledge of backend & web application frameworks such as FastAPI, Node, React, or Rails.
  • •Direct experience applying multimodal (audio, image) AI in content production or generation workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI and agent-powered features using frontier models from OpenAI, Google, and others, including multimodal (image, audio) generation.
