Key Responsibilities

  • •Own initiative delivery end-to-end for a portfolio, moving each initiative from discovery/rollout/development to shipped outcomes.
  • •Partner on shared initiatives with joint ownership alongside other PMs.
  • •Translate discovery into scalable execution by turning research and requirements into specs, prioritized backlogs, and phased rollout plans.
  • •Manage the squad’s roadmap by prioritizing the team backlog with the Engineering Manager and balancing new development with platform rollouts and validation/deduplication work.
  • •Define success metrics, track rollout milestones, and proactively communicate status, risks, and blockers with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record as a Product Manager executing multiple concurrent initiatives at different stages of maturity.
  • •Ability to pick up initiatives already in flight (discovery outputs or partial specs) and drive them forward with minimal handoff friction.
  • •Comfort translating operational and user needs into clear product requirements for engineering across partner-facing and in-store experiences.
  • •Strong communication skills to align regional and platform stakeholders on shared priorities and rollout sequencing.
  • •Very nice to have: experience with app development for partner-facing and in-store mobile experiences.
