Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end talent strategy for Group Functions, including leadership development, succession planning, executive readiness, and culture activation aligned to business goals.
•Establish standardized talent philosophies, processes, and systems; set cadences for talent reviews, talent councils, and succession governance.
•Serve as voice of the business to L&D; co-create enterprise solutions across selection, assessment, coaching, development, movement, performance, recognition, and well-being.
•Apply leadership assessments and facilitate talent reviews to identify high potential talent, solidify successor slates, and ensure risk coverage for mission-critical positions.
•Use HR analytics to maintain dashboards and drive continuous improvement; conduct scenario planning and lead talent brokerage, redeployment, and risk outplacement when required.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years experience.
•Minimum 16 years of relevant HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent management.
•Experience leading teams or managing people.
•Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable talent initiatives.
•Previous experience as a Talent Partner and an HR Business Partner.
