Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with CIPT leaders/deputies to provide part-level ownership and accountability (cradle to grave) using PW integrated program deployment and RLPM.
  • •Lead multi-functional IPT(s) for fuel nozzles, manage technical risks and issues, and ensure measurable closure within agreed timelines using RLPM norms.
  • •Maintain responsibility for fuel nozzles across a large operational fleet by managing field investigations, safety issues, and fleet management programs.
  • •Guide IPTs through technical and program reviews by setting preparation milestones, validating technical content, and ensuring deliverables meet program standards.
  • •Represent the IPT with customers and senior leadership, support engineering resource planning (budget/headcount), and engage external suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
  • •8 years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of related engineering experience.
  • •Lead teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • •Familiarity with gas turbine fuel nozzles, fuel components, and/or fuel systems.
  • •Experience as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or similar role.
