Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee pricing methodologies and governance, ensuring accurate contract pricing and maintaining pricing calendars, indices, settlement data, and benchmarks.
  • •Monitor and assess physical and financial commodity exposures, analyze MtM and VaR metrics, and escalate/resolve risk limit breaches.
  • •Execute exchange-traded and OTC derivative transactions and manage daily/intraday hedging and monthly hedge roll activities.
  • •Provide market intelligence, pricing forecasts, and strategic recommendations, delivering reporting and presentations for senior management.
  • •Drive improvements to pricing, risk management, and reporting processes, supporting automation and controls enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience within aviation fuel, energy, commodities, oil, trading, or related markets.
  • •Strong understanding of commodity pricing and risk management, including physical and financial market exposure management.
  • •Knowledge of futures, swaps, derivatives, and hedging strategies, with experience analyzing MtM, VaR, basis exposure, and roll risk.
  • •Experience developing and implementing risk management controls and governance frameworks.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
