Feed Mill Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a feed mill facility, including monitoring feed sampling, coordinating preventive maintenance, and ensuring accurate paperwork and reporting. Supervise and schedule team work, evaluate performance, and recommend personnel actions. Apply established procedures and standards to solve production and work-unit issues, communicating regularly with clerical/technical teams and collaborating externally with supervisor-level counterparts.
