Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute sustainment strategy for a fielded system, including on-site support, maintenance support, and return & repair activities.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT leadership, and program management) to execute operations.
  • •Apply program management processes to establish and monitor metrics and trends, driving cost and schedule performance.
  • •Resolve cost, scope, and schedule issues and establish roadmaps for sustainment activities.
  • •Support customer interactions, develop proposal inputs, and deliver advanced system-specific training.
