Key Requirements

  • •Lead, direct, evaluate, and train a team of maintenance technicians.
  • •Minimum 3 years as a maintenance technician (or closely related role), with experience directing and training preferred.
  • •Ability to diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC issues and direct/assist in repairs.
  • •Promote a “Safety First” culture and develop/maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
  • •Associate’s degree or relevant college certificate is preferred, and basic PLC experience plus Microsoft Office knowledge required (SAP a plus).
