Lead credit management activities for a Wealth Banking portfolio, owning credit from underwriting to approvals. •Own credit from underwriting to approvals for the assigned Wealth Banking portfolio
•Ensure propositions comply with Group Credit Policy and guidelines
•Provide guidance across product offerings and collaborate with Coverage & Product teams
•Engage with clients when necessary to structure and proposition credit solutions
•Support rapid, compliant decision-making to meet client needs and bank requirements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 4-5 years in Credit function
•Desirable: Chartered Accountant/MBA or finance-related professional certification (CFA/FRM) or diploma
•Strong structuring skills and understanding of legal and regulatory framework
•Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
