Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload materials onto the powder-coat line and operate the powder-coat booth as needed.
  • •Apply powder to parts according to customer specifications and maintain production and quality targets.
  • •Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and customer standards; identify nonconforming components and troubleshoot defects.
  • •Maintain a safe, engaged, and inclusive workplace by following policies, using required PPE, and completing assigned 5S tasks.
  • •Use travel documents, blueprints, and written or verbal instructions to set up and operate the powder-coat line; communicate issues and pursue process improvements/root-cause analysis when challenges occur.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.11 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to safely use hand and power tools, step ladders, and cranes to assemble products and verify quality in a Lean environment.
  • •Experience reading blueprints, manufacturing diagrams, drawings, or operating instructions.
  • •Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication plus analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
