Director, Supplier Quality Performance Improvement

Lead supplier performance improvement by driving data-driven root cause corrective action strategies and systemic issue resolution across the supplier base. Oversee technical quality staff and a dispersed team, ensuring robust quality processes, supplier capability, and process readiness for new product introductions and transitions. Partner with Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Program leadership to analyze quality performance data, coordinate executive-level corrective actions, and maintain RCCA processes, training, and metrics.
