Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 14+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 12+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or related engineering fields.
  • •14+ years driving root cause, containment, irreversible corrective actions, and lessons learned using structured problem solving and quality systems execution.
  • •Experience within aerospace and defense or similarly complex industries.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for authorization under the program/contract.
