Job Summary

Develop and validate HVAC-based solutions for energy services projects, partnering with internal teams and customers to scope work, perform engineering analysis, and support system validation. Provide acquisition and proposal support for design-build turnkey and energy performance contracting (ESPC) work, including cost estimating and energy savings quantification with energy engineers. Manage design from conceptual plans through construction documents and help improve ESCO/turnkey processes, while supporting customer acquisition and satisfaction.

•Develop HVAC systems and solutions using Trane equipment/controls and other HVAC systems, including scoping, concept development, engineering analysis, and validation.
•Support account managers with installation budgets and subcontractor RFQs (scope statements, milestones, specs, permitting, and bonding).
•Provide technical support for business acquisition, including participation on strategic job acquisition teams.
•Manage design from conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents through construction documents.
•Support acquisition through project transition, help validate and improve Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes, and provide customer satisfaction support.

•Project Management and Performance Contracting/ESCO experience, including knowledge of HVAC, electricity, and construction industry practices.
