Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop HVAC systems and solutions using Trane equipment/controls and other HVAC systems, including scoping, concept development, engineering analysis, and validation.
  • •Support account managers with installation budgets and subcontractor RFQs (scope statements, milestones, specs, permitting, and bonding).
  • •Provide technical support for business acquisition, including participation on strategic job acquisition teams.
  • •Manage design from conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents through construction documents.
  • •Support acquisition through project transition, help validate and improve Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes, and provide customer satisfaction support.

Key Requirements
