Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop microservices in a distributed environment with containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Work across a Friday–Tuesday shift pattern, including weekends, to support platform stability and robustness.
  • •Implement and enhance scalable backend services for millions of users.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and development team members to define new features and user stories.
  • •Respond to production support calls for diagnosis and repair, and participate in code reviews and team ceremonies while mentoring less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years in a relevant role.
  • •Strong experience building highly scalable web backends and highly transactional systems.

  • •Proficiency with modern behavior-driven testing techniques and SQL; experience with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Data is preferred.
