Job Summary

Perform hands-on maintenance work in the Global Maintenance Work Process by troubleshooting and repairing industrial process and rotating equipment. Work safely under job packages and Safe Work Permit requirements, investigate root causes, install spare parts, and return equipment to operations. Partner with operations and support value-added improvements by assisting with analyses, developing/ updating maintenance procedures, and sharing job-package and Root Cause Analysis feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Review job packages, verify work can be carried out safely, and create/follow hazards assessments under the Safe Work Permit.
•Troubleshoot and repair industrial rotating and process equipment, identify sources/causes, and complete corrective work.
•Locate and install spare parts using repair procedures and machinist techniques for alignment, then return equipment to operations.
•Assist in analysis to ensure problems are corrected, providing feedback on job-package quality and Root Cause Analysis data.
•Leverage trade skills to apprentices and maintenance associates and help develop/ update maintenance work procedures and field procedures.

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Journeyman Millwright certification or successful completion of a millwright apprenticeship.
•3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
